Weingenious Technocrats LLP is looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our growing team in Surat.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Perform A/B testing and audience optimization.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad copy and creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Experience in campaign setup,



optimization, and reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
