Job Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow projects, providing architectural guidance and ensuring delivery aligns with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive platform development across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and custom applications.
• Oversee ServiceNow development activities, including workflow design, catalog management, scripting, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Review solution designs, perform code reviews, and establish development standards and best practices.
• Lead integration activities between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers, ensuring technical excellence and knowledge sharing across teams.




• Support platform upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to provide technical recommendations, solution demonstrations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle and proactively drive resolution.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution proposals, effort estimations, and technical presentations where required.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects and managing technical delivery teams.
• Solid expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
