We are expanding our Corporate Advisory practice and looking for a sharp, agile and commercially oriented finance qualified with experience across financial modelling, business planning, strategy, due diligence, investment advisory and transaction related assignments.

Designation : Lead Analyst

Desired qualifications: MBA Finance / CA / CFA
Location: Delhi-NCR

Desired experience: A thorough finance professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, financial analysis, valuation, research, report writing and corporate advisory. Exposure to business plans, market entry strategies, commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, investment strategies and transaction advisory will be preferred. The candidate should have experience in developing financial models from scratch and translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

What are we looking for (Mandatory experience & skillsets):
• Domain & financial statement understanding:



Should be well versed with company financial statements and have a strong understanding of the flow of information between the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. Should be able to analyse financial statements, underlying business drivers and key performance indicators.
• Business planning & strategy: Experience in developing business plans and growth strategies, including assessment of business models, revenue opportunities, competitive positioning, implementation priorities and financial implications.
• Financial modelling & valuation: Exceptional proficiency in building integrated financial models from scratch, with the ability to develop operating assumptions, revenue and cost drivers, financing structures, cash flows and scenario / sensitivity analyses. Experience in infrastructure, financial appraisal, valuations, power and other capital-intensive sectors will be advantageous.
