Role Description The Human Resources Executive will work on-site in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, supporting HR operations for the retail and corporate workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintaining employee records. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management,



and assisting with payroll inputs and statutory compliance in collaboration with the finance and leadership teams. The Human Resources Executive will address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This role will also help organize training and development initiatives and HR-related events to support talent retention and engagement across Foniton’s locations.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR functions effectively.
• Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
