Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Management: work for full technical, manufacturing recruitment lifecycle, from initial manpower planning and intake meetings with hiring managers to offer roll-out and onboarding.
• Niche Sourcing: Proactively map and source specialized EV battery talent, including Cell R&D;, Production Engineering,



Quality Control, Battery Management Systems (BMS), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Electrochemistry.
• Strategic Talent Pipeline: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of high-quality talent pools via advanced sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruitment Solutions, specialized technical networks, and niche clean-tech job boards.
• Volume & Plant Hiring: Collaborate with production heads to manage Team Lead(TL) and contractual bulk hiring strategies using external partnerships, trade institutes (e.g., ITIs), and local workforce networks.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with department heads to draft exact job specifications, determine evaluation metrics, and implement structured, scorecard-based interview frameworks.
