Job Summary -

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Platform Services (Okta Administrator) with minimum of 12-15 years of IT/ITES experience and mandatorily 5–6+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise Okta environments. The role will own Okta tenant management, access and authentication, identity lifecycle automation, integrations, Secure Partner Access (SPA), security and compliance, platform operations, and technical leadership.
The candidate should have broad knowledge of the Okta product ecosystem, including current capabilities, recent features, enhancements, and upcoming releases, and be able to assess their applicability to business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Tenant & Platform Management

• Manage enterprise Okta tenants, including users, groups, applications, policies, roles, authentication factors, and tenant configurations.
• Maintain configuration standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Manage platform availability, uptime, incidents, and operational health.
• Plan and execute Okta upgrades, enhancements,



and configuration changes.
• Review Okta releases and assess their impact on existing environments.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, efficiency, and user experience.

1.2 -Access & Authentication
• Configure and manage SSO, MFA, authentication policies, sign-on policies, authorization controls,groups, roles, and application access.
• Implement secure access models aligned with business and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues.
• Apply least privilege and appropriate access-control principles.

• Work with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.

1.3-Identity Lifecycle & Automation
• Design and implement automated user onboarding, modification, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle automation using Okta Workflows, APIs, and other automation technologies.
