We want someone who can look at our user funnel, from a casual visitor checking the price of a stock to an expert user building complex backtests, to spot the growth opportunities everyone else misses.





Your Portfolio of Responsibilities:

• Own the user acquisition and retention strategy. You aren't just driving traffic. This role owns the entire marketing funnel, moving beyond acquisition to CRM led engagement, and a seamless end-to-end user experience through continuous testing and optimization.
• Design and execute experiments across SEO, email, referral programs, ads, and perhaps channels we haven't thought of yet. Lead planning, execution, and optimization.
• Understand why a user signs up but doesn't subscribe. Is it the price? The complexity? The market sentiment? You will decode the user journey and focus on user experience.
• Growth isn't just B2C. You'll also work on growing our B2B business, helping current partners get onboarded smoothly, drive adoption, and find ways to increase engagement and expand usage over time.
