About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated professional to join our Transfer Pricing team. The role will involve handling cross-border and international related-party transactions, Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking analysis, compliance, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Handle Transfer Pricing assignments involving cross-border and international related-party transactions.
• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation and TP Study Reports as per applicable Indian regulations.
• Analyse international transactions between associated enterprises and determine appropriate Transfer Pricing methods.
• Conduct benchmarking and comparable company analysis using relevant databases.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of Form 3CEB and other Transfer Pricing-related compliance requirements.
• Work on transactions such as imports, exports, management/service fees, royalty, interest,



cost-sharing arrangements, and other inter-company transactions.
• Assist in preparing economic analysis and determining the Arm's Length Price.
• Research and analyse the Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, CBDT notifications, and relevant case laws.
• Assist clients during Transfer Pricing assessments, audits, and related proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients and overseas teams to obtain financial, transactional, and supporting information.
• Review financial data and identify potential Transfer Pricing implications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, working papers, and client deliverables.
• Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
• Stay updated on changes in Indian Transfer Pricing and International Tax regulations.
