About The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to design simple, intuitive experiences for our intelligent CRM platform across web and mobile. You will work on new product features, design systems, and AI-powered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design web and mobile experiences for our CRM platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes using Figma.
• Take features from concept to launch in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.
• Design AI-powered features such as recommendations, automation, and AI assistants.
• Ensure AI experiences are simple, transparent, and easy for users to control.
• Participate in design reviews and support junior designers when required.

Requirements





• 4–8 years of experience in Product Design.
• Experience designing SaaS, CRM, or enterprise products.
• Robust portfolio with dashboards, workflows, forms, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Good understanding of UX, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Experience or understanding of AI-powered product experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI products, copilots, or workflow automation.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
