Here's how you can help -- we are currently looking for a Learning & Development Programs Coordinator to join our team, rise to the challenge of empowering service, and fill a vital role in our Leadership Development Division team.

The Learning & Development Programs (L&DP;) Coordinator manages the day-to-day execution of assigned leadership development programs that support Lion leaders around the world. Programs may vary in structure and scope and can include application-based initiatives,



grant-supported programs, operational processes, and communication-driven activities.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating program activities, maintaining accurate records and tracking systems, supporting participant and volunteer communication, and ensuring program requirements and timelines are met. You'll work within established processes and guidelines while exercising sound judgment and managing multiple priorities independently.
