We run our own channels reaching 18 million subscribers and 330 million views a month, produce 200 videos a week across six studios, and deliver web, search, social and growth marketing services through our own Boss1 platform. That combination lets us deliver faster and at a lower cost than traditional agencies.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Digital Solutions to build and own our digital services revenue in India. You will sell our web, search, social media, growth marketing and content production services, build the team, set the commercial playbook and personally close our largest accounts, working directly with the founders.
What You Will Do
• Own the India digital services revenue number and the forecast behind it
• Sell multi-service retainers and projects across web, SEO and AI search, social media, email, webinars, paid media and content production
• Hire and lead a team of Digital Solutions Managers as the business scales
• Build CXO relationships with CMOs, Heads of Digital, growth leads and founders at growth-stage and large Indian companies
• Build our sales playbook: target segments, pricing and packaging, proposal standards and the pilot-to-retainer process
• Develop our India agency channel
• Work with our tech, content and production leads to shape offerings around what clients buy
• Partner with our YouTube and UGC sales lead on shared accounts and cross-sell
What We Are Looking For
• 10 to 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years selling digital marketing services from a digital, performance, web or SEO agency or a martech services company
• At least 2 to 3 years leading a sales team against a revenue target
• A record of closing multi-service retainers and growing accounts year on year
• An active network among mark
