WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING





• Own and drive the end-to-end technical delivery for managed services accounts, covering frontend, backend, third-party integrations, and infrastructure.

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for production issues and critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business impact.

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and performance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

• Enforce high coding standards, architectural best practices, security compliance, and scalability guidelines across all client projects.

• Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of existing systems.

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business objectives.
