Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Business Development role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, including sourcing prospective clients, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with homebuyers and investors. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits,



advising clients on suitable projects, and coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and participation in promotional activities and events to strengthen the company’s market presence. The Real Estate Business Development professional will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up proactively, and support a positive client experience from first contact through closure.
