Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven CRM Executive with a strong D2C background and hands-on experience in outbound sales, customer engagement and relationship management. Candidates from nutrition, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle or other D2C brands will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-volume calls, driving conversions and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Sales: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, drive conversions and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers, build robust relationships and ensure consistent engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, contribute to revenue growth and achieve assigned sales KPIs.




• Lead Management: Capture, record and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Follow-ups & Conversions: Actively follow up with prospective customers, track enquiries, manage sales pipelines and convert leads into paying customers.
• Customer Support: Handle incoming customer queries, resolve concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, meeting records, sales reports and customer interaction data.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales targets, calling metrics, conversion goals and other defined KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in D2C sales, preferably in nutrition, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Strong hands-on experience in outbound calling and direct sales.
