What You'll Do

You will support the delivery of a high-quality workplace experience across Gurgaon offices, with primary responsibility for F&B; operations,



Front Office and employee-facing services, and operational support for office-level meetings & events.

The role will independently manage day-to-day service delivery within the assigned role, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, maintain operational controls and MIS, and proactively identify and resolve service issues.

Working closely with the Manager – Office Operations, you will help translate defined service standards into reliable day-to-day execution, with a strong focus on employee experience, service excellence, operational discipline and continuous improvement.

• Manage day-to-day pantry and meal operations, ensuring service readiness and adherence to agreed standards.
• Coordinate weekly menu planning, minimum guarantees (MGs), regular/special meals and F&B; requirements for meetings and in-office events.
