Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Truebiz’s learning and development solutions to corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and proposing customized training and coaching solutions. The role involves preparing and negotiating proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and tracking sales performance and market trends.



The Business Development Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, participate in networking events, and support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence. This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications
• Strong business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with corporate clients.
• Experience in consultative selling, solution design, and presenting learning and development offerings to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Understanding of corporate training, coaching, or HR/L&D; domains, including exposure to digital learning or instructional design solutions.
