Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and insight-driven Brand Strategy Executive to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for experiential campaigns, corporate events, and brand engagements.
This role will focus on strategic thinking, event conceptualization, storytelling, and pitch development, ensuring that every experience is aligned with brand objectives and audience expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development & Strategy
• Develop innovative event concepts and experiential ideas aligned with client objectives and brand positioning
• Create engaging themes, narratives, and storytelling frameworks for events and campaigns
• Translate briefs into strong conceptual directions and creative strategies

Event Conceptualization
• Design event journeys and flow to ensure a seamless and engaging audience experience
• Ensure all event elements (design, content, production) are aligned with the overall concept and theme
• Bring fresh and differentiated thinking to every project

Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with Content, Design (2D/3D),



and Client Servicing teams to bring concepts to life
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate impactful ideas
• Guide teams on creative direction and concept alignment

Pitching & Presentation
• Create and deliver high-impact pitch presentations with strong storytelling and visual support
• Present concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
• Support recent business development through cutting-edge pitch ideas

Research & Insights
• Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and experiential best practices
• Analyse competitor campaigns and global trends to bring innovation into concepts

Innovation & Technology
• Incorporate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, interactive formats) into event concepts
• Use AI tools to develop quick mockups, ideation frameworks, and enhance creative output

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy / event c
