Your job is simple: get campaigns live, keep them running, and resolve problems quickly so we can test more ideas and grow faster.
You’ll work directly with our CEO and Growth Lead, who owns creative strategy and campaign direction. You’ll own execution inside Meta and take responsibility for following problems through to resolution.

• Account restrictions and blocks: Troubleshoot issues involving ad accounts, business portfolios, Pages, permissions, verification, and billing.
• Meta support: Open support cases, provide supporting evidence, follow up persistently,

and track each issue until it is resolved or we have a transparent decision.
• Spend and delivery: Monitor budgets, payment failures, spending limits, underdelivery, and unexpected changes. Take action within agreed spending authority.
• Preventing repeat issues: Check ads and landing pages for likely policy problems before submission. Document recurring issues and fixes so we stop losing time to the same problems.
• Tracking checks: Verify campaign links, UTMs, and conversion events. Coordinate with engineering when a technical fix is needed.
• Clear updates: Keep the Growth Lead informed about what’s live, what’s blocked, what you’ve done, and what happens next. Flag anything requiring a decision promptly.
