The Role
This is a quota-carrying, high-velocity closing seat. You own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close, typically inside 2 to 6 weeks. You sell to Business Owners, Promoters, Operations Heads, Project Directors, and PMO leads at contractors, real estate developers, interior fit-out firms, and infrastructure companies, replacing their spreadsheet and WhatsApp chaos with real-time project control.





You will be supported by an active inbound engine, SDR team, and marketing-driven lead generation feeding your pipeline. You supplement this with your own hunting: outbound prospecting and referral networks that build pipeline alongside inbound. Annual quota is in the range of ₹3–4 Cr.

What You Will Own RDash | The Simplest Construction Management Software
• Full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract, at ₹5–50 Lakh ACV, in 2–6 week cycles
• Pipeline you build yourself through outbound prospecting and referrals, topped up by inbound
• Consultative discovery and demos with operations and business decision-makers who are recent to software
• Commercial negotiation and closure, protecting price while creating urgency with mid-sized buyers
• Your forecast: 20–40 active deals with tight CRM hygiene, numbers you can defend any day
• Field intelligence that shapes product and GTM decisions
