We are looking for a Student Success Advisor who combines strong study abroad admissions knowledge with a sales-oriented mindset. This person will counsel students, understand their requirements, recommend the right path forward, and convert interested students into GyanDhan’s admissions process or with our consultant partners.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys counselling students but is equally comfortable with sales targets,



follow-ups, objection handling, and revenue conversion.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Profile Assessment

• Speak with students planning to study abroad and understand their academic background, career goals, preferred destination, course, intake, budget, and funding requirements.
• Evaluate the student's profile at a basic level and guide them on realistic study abroad options.
• Understand basic admission eligibility across major destinations such as the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Guide students on common admission requirements including academics, English language tests, work experience, backlogs, application documentation, intakes, and timelines.
• Set realistic expectations with students regarding university options and the overall admissions process.
