• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2026XXXX.
• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be adaptable with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries
• Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance
• Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes
