IPSAA Preschool & Daycare, one of India’s leading preschool and daycare organizations, is looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Assistant Manager – Sales to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate, develop, and convert leads for corporate daycare partnerships and preschool admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and prospective customers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
• Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless client onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, lead pipelines, and CRM records.




• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Robust sales orientation with a target-driven and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales activities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
