Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential and commercial options.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, explaining project features and pricing, and guiding clients through documentation and closing processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams for inventory updates, and providing responsive customer service. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, stay informed about local market trends, and represent Global Prime Realty LLP with professionalism during client meetings and events.
