At EHE Industries Pvt Ltd we are seeking for a Sales Executive & Telecallers. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, loans, insurance with proven experience in achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, handling leads, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, networking, and other outreach channels
• Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound enquiries, explaining project details, pricing, and availability
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits and meetings
• Conduct site visits, present properties, and address customer queries and objections
• Negotiate and close deals, coordinating on documentation and payment schedules
• Follow up regularly with prospects and keep lead status and call records updated in the CRM
• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads, calls, site visits, and sales




• Share regular progress reports with the reporting manager
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

• Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or lead generation is an advantage
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi and local language
• Confident, polite, and comfortable handling rejection and follow-ups
• Willingness to travel for site visits (Sales Executive)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Comfortable working from the office.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
