About the Team:

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner – Global Functions (Technology & Central Functions) to join the Castrol Finance team. This senior individual‑contributor role will help shape how Technology investments deliver business value, while ensuring Central Functions operate within a clear and disciplined financial framework. The role offers high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior Technology,



Central Functions and Finance leaders during an key period of change and transformation.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Technology leadership to support strategic decision‑making, strengthen financial rigor, and ensure Technology spend is aligned with Castrol’s business priorities. You will translate complex financial information into clear, practical insight that supports both operational delivery and long‑term outcomes. In addition, you will support selected Global Functions, including Finance and PC&C;, by providing accurate forecasting, reporting and governance over global recharge processes, including residual and royalty fees.

This role sits within the Castrol organization and forms part of the Castrol ring-fence. If applicable, it is expected that employment will transfer with Castrol to new ownership.
