We are looking for an experienced Staffing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and generate IT staffing business for our organization.
This is a business development and client acquisition role — not a traditional recruiter position.
The primary responsibility is to identify potential clients and staffing partners, build business relationships, generate new staffing requirements, and convert opportunities into active staffing projects for our recruitment team.
What You'll Do
• Acquire new staffing clients and recruitment partners.
• Generate IT staffing requirements through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and direct sales.
• Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Vendor Management, MSPs, and staffing companies.
• Approach IT consulting companies, MSPs,



staffing firms, and direct corporate clients.
• Generate requirements across contract, permanent, freelance, contract-to-hire, and project-based hiring.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for fulfillment.
• Negotiate commercial terms and staffing engagement models.
• Maintain and continuously develop a strong business pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active staffing engagements.
• Support client/vendor onboarding and partnership discussions.
• Maintain existing business relationships and identify additional opportunities.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to drive successful closures.
