Primary Responsibilities

• Reliability Engineering & Operations
• Design and support highly available, scalable, and resilient systems and infrastructure platforms
• Establish and maintain service reliability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Monitor system health and performance and implement proactive issue detection and resolution strategies
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation activities

• DevOps & Automation
• Design,



implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation solutions
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and tooling

• Observability & Tooling
• Implement and manage observability solutions, including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting platforms
• Leverage enterprise tools (e.g., monitoring, logging, ITSM platforms) to provide visibility into system performance and operational health
• Define and track service-level objectives (SLOs) and performance metrics

• AI-Enabled Operations (AIOps)
• Apply AI/ML techniques to operational workflows, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, and root-cause analysis
