About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter Intern / Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team and support end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in recruitment and enjoys working with candidates, hiring managers, and fast-paced hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, CTC, notice period, and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to close positions within timelines.




• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
• Support recruitment for functions such as Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other corporate roles.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely coordination, including for urgent/last-minute requirements.

What We're Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
• Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
