Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive who can generate sales for our software products and IT services. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for customized software development (web, mobile, desktop, products).
• Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.




• Manage the entire sales cycle: pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, closing deals, and handover to the delivery team.
• Meet clients in person, conduct need analysis, and present tailored solutions.
• Follow up diligently to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
• Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain and update lead status and client interactions.
• Work closely with management to define growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
