We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager – Admissions to lead admission operations across the assigned zone, drive enrolment targets, manage teams, and strengthen the student acquisition and conversion pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage admissions and counselling teams across the assigned zone.
• Drive UG/PG admission targets, lead conversion and enrolment growth.
• Develop and execute zonal admission strategies based on market potential and business objectives.
• Monitor the complete lead-to-admission funnel, including lead generation, follow-ups, counselling and conversions.
• Track team performance through daily/weekly MIS, KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Manage CRM data, lead allocation, follow-up discipline and pipeline quality.
• Identify current markets, institutions,



referral channels and other student acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Counselling and other stakeholders to maximize admissions.
• Analyse competitor activities, market trends and admission performance to support business decisions.
• Ensure a consistent and positive student/parent experience throughout the admission journey.
• Coach, mentor and develop the admissions team to improve productivity and conversions.
• Ensure effective execution of admission campaigns, events, outreach activities and conversion initiatives.
