• Linux Administration – Good
• Brokers, Topics & Partitions – Solid
• Replication / ISR – Strong
• Consumer Groups & Consumer Lag – Strong
• Kafka Troubleshooting – Strong
• Monitoring & Alerting – Good
• Kafka Security (SSL / SASL / ACLs) – Good
• Kafka Connect – Good
• ZooKeeper / KRaft – Good
• Performance Troubleshooting – Good
• Bash / Python Scripting – Basic–Intermediate

Good to Have:
Confluent Platform, Schema Registry, Confluent Control Center, MirrorMaker 2, Confluent Cluster Linking, Prometheus/Grafana, AWS MSK, Confluent Cloud, Kubernetes/Docker, Ansible, Terraform and CI/CD tools.
