We’re building a high-quality publisher and performance marketing network focused on delivering measurable growth for leading brands across App & Web.
We are looking for someone who understands the performance ecosystem from the ground up and can help us build relationships with publishers, affiliates, traffic partners, agencies, and performance marketers.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We’re specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience in CPS, CPA, CPL and app/web performance campaigns and understands how to source, evaluate and scale quality traffic.

What You’ll Do• Build and manage a strong network of publishers, affiliates, traffic partners and performance marketing vendors
• Source and onboard new publishers capable of delivering quality App & Web traffic
• Identify suitable publishers for CPS, CPA, CPL and other performance campaigns
• Work closely with brands/agencies to understand campaign requirements, payouts, attribution and validation parameters
• Negotiate commercials, payout structures and campaign terms with publishers




• Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, conversions, GMV, leads, retention and ROI
• Identify high-performing traffic sources and scale them
• Build long-term relationships with publishers and performance partners
• Coordinate campaign launches, tracking links, attribution, reporting and validations
• Work with internal teams to resolve tracking, attribution, payment and campaign-related issues
• Maintain a solid understanding of the Indian affiliate, publisher and performance marketing ecosystem
• Continuously identify new traffic sources, publishers and distribution opportunities
