Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in growing FreshGround’s spice subscription customer base and strengthening relationships with existing subscribers. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru South and involves engaging with potential customers, explaining product benefits,



and assisting with subscription onboarding. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role also includes supporting sales campaigns, learning from senior team members, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience. The intern will gain exposure to direct sales, customer service, and basic sales administration in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with subscribers and prospects.
• Foundational Sales abilities, with an interest in learning Sales Management and contributing to sales growth.
