Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase secondary sales through general trade channels.

- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.

Job Requirements :

- 13-21 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field.

- Proven track record in area sales management or channel sales.

- Solid understanding of distributor handling and secondary sales principles.

- Excellent team management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
