We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Plumbing to drive sales and business development in the Pune market. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in plumbing, sanitary, piping, ceramics or related products, with a strong market network and experience in B2B/B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of plumbing products and services through B2B and B2C channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, dealers, distributors and customers.
- Generate business through networks of architects, builders, developers, consultants, contractors and plumbers.
- Develop recent business opportunities and direct sales/projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive year-on-year sales growth.
- Conduct regular product training for plumbers and technicians.
- Arrange product displays and samples at franchisee/dealer showrooms.
- Resolve franchisee and customer business-related issues.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection as per company credit terms.
- Follow up on unsold stock and coordinate stock recovery where required.
- Prepare sales plans and regularly monitor sales performance.
- Maintain market intelligence and build strong relationships within the local market.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, sanitary, piping,



ceramics or related building-material products preferred.
- Strong B2B/B2C sales and business development experience.
- Experience handling dealers, distributors, franchisees or channel partners.
- Strong network among contractors, plumbers, builders, architects or developers will be an advantage.
- Good negotiation, relationship-management and communication skills.
- Good numerical and Excel skills.
- Ability to independently manage the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
- Pune/local market experience preferred.
- Diploma/BE Mechanical will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently based in Pune with an established network in the plumbing/sanitary/piping/building/ceramics -material market are preferred.
