Job Summary :-

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager responsible for managing sales activities, developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned area sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for order closure.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market developments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of territory management and customer relationship management.
- Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Strong market development and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
