? Job Purpose

Manage and grow key HoReCa accounts by driving sales, acquiring new customers, improving account penetration and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

? Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Manage and grow existing key accounts

• Acquire new Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Caterers

- Drive upselling, cross-selling and SKU penetration
- Manage pricing, margins and collections
- Build solid customer relationships and resolve customer issues
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, CRM updates and MIS reports
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance & Operations for smooth execution
