Position: Sales & Outstanding Executive Company: Vin Poly Manufacturing LLP Location: Madhavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 4–15 Years Qualification: BA / B.Tech / B.Sc. / Any Graduate Industry: Manufacturing / Plastic & Polymer Additives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Visit existing and inactive customers to generate re-orders and repeat business.

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and payment recovery.
- Conduct regular customer visits for payment collection and sales follow-ups.
- Visit customers for sample testing, product trials, validation, and feedback.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Identify customer requirements and generate repeat orders.
- Follow up with customers to increase sales and business opportunities.
- Develop current customers through New Business Development (NBD) activities.
- Identify new markets, leads, and potential customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding products, dispatch, billing, payments, and delivery.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, sales follow-ups, collections, outstanding payments, and re-orders.




- Coordinate with the internal team regarding pending payments, invoices, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and outstanding collection targets. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 4–15 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Collection, Outstanding Recovery, Business Development, or related roles.

Qualification: BA / B.Tech / B.Sc. / Any Graduate.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.

Experience in payment follow-up and outstanding recovery.

Ability to generate re-orders and new business.

Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and daily reporting.

- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, chemicals, plastics, or polymers will be preferred.
