Job Summary

Vellinton Health Care is looking for an experienced and result-oriented area sales manager to handle the assigned territory and drive pharmaceutical sales. The candidate will be responsible for retail working, territory coverage, team handling, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory.
- Handle retail working with a full product range of 400+ products.
- Promote and sell generic and critical injection products.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, chemists, distributors, and other trade partners.
- Drive retail sales through regular market visits and effective product promotion.
- Communicate and implement retailer gift schemes and promotional schemes.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Manage and guide the sales team in the assigned area.
- Ensure regular market coverage and effective distribution of products.




- Submit daily/regular sales and market reports to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries and resolve market-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
- Only experienced candidates will be considered.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry is required.
- Experience in handling retail sales and pharma product ranges will be preferred.
- Experience in generic and/or critical injection products will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the assigned market and trade network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
