Area Manager / Assistant Area Manager - FPD Channel

Chennai / Vizag / Kochi locations

Reporting to Zonal Head FPD Channel

1. Business & Revenue

- Drive FPD sales and revenue targets for the assigned area.
- Build and expand the customer base.
- Improve revenue, profitability and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase client acquisition.
- Develop UHNI/HNI, corporate and affluent customer relationships.

2. Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of Financial Product Distributors (FPDs).
- Set individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance and productivity.
- Coach, motivate and develop the team.
- Manage hiring, engagement and retention of FPDs.
- Conduct talent mapping and monitor competitor teams.

3. Product Distribution 4. Customer Management

- Acquire recent customers and manage existing relationships.
- Understand customers' financial requirements.
- Generate referrals and cross-selling opportunities.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and grievances.
- Maintain accurate customer and financial information.

5. Training & Development

- Ensure FPDs receive product, process and behavioural training.
- Improve team capability and sales productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions.

6. Compliance & Risk

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor sales processes and customer servicing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Preferred candidate profile
