Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Draftswoman role based in the Pune Division. The role involves preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts, measurements, and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include converting sketches and design briefs into precise technical drawings, coordinating with architects, interior designers, and site teams, and updating plans as projects evolve.

The professional will ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building standards,



and material guidelines, while maintaining organized documentation and drawing versions. Collaboration with the manufacturing and execution teams is essential to align design intent with production feasibility and on-site implementation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for precise project documentation.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Architecture and Planning to translate design intent into buildable solutions.
- Candidates should possess accurate technical Drawing skills, including manual and CAD-based drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with interior and furniture detailing is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret design briefs, material specifications, and site measurements with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Previous experience in interior fit-outs, furniture design projects, or construction documentation will be an advantage.
