Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm specialising in BIM and technology-driven delivery for complex projects across KSA and the GCC. We work with contractors, consultants and asset owners to turn models, drawings and point clouds into measurable, client-ready deliverables aligned with ISO 19650, project EIRs and BEPs.

Our work spans BIM production (LOD 200-500), model coordination and clash management, BIM automation and asset handover, across infrastructure & landscape, airports, hospitality, giga projects, industrial and logistics facilities. Our delivery team is based in Hyderabad, India.

About the role

We are hiring an Architectural BIM Modeller with interior fit-out experience to produce Revit models, families and shop drawings for interior packages on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The first package is doors: you will take issued-for-construction (IFC) designs to LOD 400 shop drawings, then upgrade them to LOD 500 as-built drawings from site data. This is hands-on production work with a clear quality bar and a live client deadline.

What you will do

Families and models

- Model architectural and interior elements (partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, joinery) to the LOD each package requires.
- Build and update parametric Revit door families: accurate geometry, frames, leaves, vision panels, hardware and parameters, to LOD 400.
- Upgrade families and models to LOD 500 using verified site and installation data.

Shop drawings

- Produce fully dimensioned interior shop drawings from the model, starting with doors: general arrangement, elevations, sections and installation details.




- Produce as-built drawings that reflect the final constructed condition.

Coordination and quality

- Review IFC drawings and check door schedules against the architectural and coordinated BIM models.
- Raise discrepancies early, with a proposed fix.
- Check every sheet before issue: dimensions, tags, schedules, revisions and naming standards.
- Issue models and drawings (RVT, RFA, PDF, DWG) through the CDE or by transmittal, and keep the issue log up to date.

What we are looking for (must-have)

- 5-7 years as an architectural BIM modeller in Revit, including interior or fit-out projects.
- Solid parametric Revit family creation, with door or joinery families including hardware.
- Has produced door, joinery or architectural shop drawings for construction.
- Has delivered models at LOD 400, from IFC drawings.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Attention to detail and clear written English.

Good to have

- Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience.
- Hospitality, retail or commercial fit-out experience.
- LOD 500 or as-built drawing experience.
- Knowledge of door types, fire-rated doors and ironmongery schedules.
- Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or another CDE.
