Job Summary

As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our design projects, ensuring the successful execution of architectural concepts from inception to completion. You will collaborate with a team of architects, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in architectural design, a strong understanding of aesthetics, and proficiency in relevant software tools like SketchUp and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs and concepts in collaboration with the project team.
- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D models using software tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, and visualizations, to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.




- Research and keep up-to-date with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in the field of architecture and design.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture with noteworthy accedemic exce
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, aesthetics, and space planning.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about architecture and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
