Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and collaborating with designers, artists, technologists, and clients to bring multidisciplinary projects to life. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, managing documentation, integrating design solutions with technical systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves site visits, design reviews, and active participation in project meetings to align creative vision with functional requirements and budget constraints.



The Architect is expected to contribute fresh ideas, support innovation, and help maintain a high standard of design quality throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and preparation of drawings and presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architecture, such as familiarity with design software, digital tools, and technology-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and resources, and overseeing project delivery from design to execution.
- Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino), strong visual and written communication abilities, attention to detail, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with contemporary design practices, sustainable design principles, and on-site coordination with contractors and consultants is advantageous.
