Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Representative – People & Culture role, working on the USA Night Shift.

The HR Representative will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive, productive, and engaging workplace experience.

The role will work closely with employees, Team Leaders, Managers, and HR leadership to manage employee engagement, attendance, employee relations, HR processes, policy implementation, performance support, and workplace culture.

This is a hands-on HR role requiring robust employee interaction, communication, problem-solving, documentation,



and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & People Support• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Build strong relationships with employees and create an approachable HR presence on the floor.
• Listen to employee concerns and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues professionally and fairly.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.

People & Culture• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, recognition, and workplace culture.
• Organise employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and team initiatives.
• Identify employee morale and engagement concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
• Promote company values and expected workplace behaviours.
