Role Description

• The Marketing Manager – Brand & Collaborations role at AlmaBetter is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This is a highly visible, ownership-driven role for someone who wants to actively shape and grow the AlmaBetter brand.

• The Marketing Manager will lead brand-building initiatives across creator collaborations, influencer partnerships, student communities, college ecosystems, events, social media,



and public-facing campaigns. The role will involve building partnerships with creators, influencers, technology communities, student clubs, and brands while also representing AlmaBetter at campuses, events, podcasts, webinars, workshops, and other industry platforms.

• The role will own brand storytelling across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, conceptualize campaigns and brand moments that generate attention and engagement, and strengthen AlmaBetter’s presence across college festivals, hackathons, workshops, and industry events.

• The Marketing Manager will also play a key role in building AlmaBetter’s student ambassador network and community, identifying relevant media and PR opportunities, and working closely with designers and video editors to ensure every creative stays aligned with the brand.
