Position Summary:
Provide an excellent end user experience in the support of end user hardware and software and provide in-region assistance for the global IT teams and projects.
General Position Information
Communication:
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Customer service-orientated attitude
• Experience in effective communication with technical (IT) and non-technical (business) people
• Capable of working with end users in person or remotely over the phone or with collaboration tools such as Skype
Standard Job Requirements:
• Highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage changing priorities
• Expected to resolve assigned incidents and requests within defined timeframes and quality
• Expected to aid and train team members
• Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Expected to perform on-call duties
Physical Requirements:
• Extensive keyboard operations
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to climb ladders, crawl in small spaces and lift objects up to 22 Kg

• All other tasks as directed or as required for the successful completion of the role
Selection Criteria:
Training / Certifications:
• 3+ years working experience in support of end user hardware and software
• ITIL certification
