About The Role

Jakson Genset is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Manager for Retail Sales to drive retail sales of Diesel Generator (DG) Sets across the assigned territory. The role necessitates a solid grasp of the power backup industry, channel sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The individual will be accountable for achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer network, and enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive retail sales of DG Sets to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.

Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional segments.

Build, oversee,



and fortify relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers.

Monitor dealer performance and assist them through training, product knowledge, and sales enablement initiatives.

Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify emerging customer requirements.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates for management review.

Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, service, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value sales opportunities.

Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and channel partners.

Promote customer retention through regular engagement and after-sales coordination.

Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, customer events, and promotional activities to strengthen the Jakson
