Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team in Pune. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent business through field visits, customer referrals, lead generation, and local market activities.

Identify and develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.





Promote the company's financial products and services to prospective customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve assigned monthly business and sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct market visits and identify potential business areas.

Coordinate with the branch and sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and business generated.

Ensure timely completion of required documentation and process formalities.

Follow Company Policies, Compliance Requirements, And Standard Operating Procedures.

Participate in local marketing activities, customer meetings, and business development initiatives.

Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
