Role Description
The Sales and Growth Intern will support Volody’s business development efforts by identifying prospects, assisting in lead generation, and conducting outreach to potential customers. This full time, on-site role is based in Goregaon, Mumbai,



and requires close collaboration with the sales team to track pipeline activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their contract management needs, scheduling and participating in product demonstrations, and following up on inquiries. The intern will also support training activities for new users, help prepare sales pitches and presentations, and contribute to growth initiatives such as market research and competitor analysis. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS sales and provides opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with customers and internal teams
• Customer Service and client relationship skills to respond to inquiries, handle feedback, and ensure positive user experiences
